There is one thing in your business capping how much money it makes. Usually it is not effort and it is not talent. It is a single step that everything else has to queue behind. Find it, release it, and the revenue moves. Everything else people sell you as AI is decoration on top of that.
So this starts the other way round from every AI pitch you have heard. Not here is the technology, where could you use it. Instead: here is what is capping you, here is the mechanism that releases it, here is what it costs to install.
Every build on this page exists because a constraint made it necessary. None of them exist because AI was interesting.
Five constraints cover almost every business at your stage. Choose yours and you get the same three things the audit gives you, just generic instead of specific to you: the mechanism that releases it, the system that installs it, and the price.
Not screenshots of a pitch deck. These are running systems, three of them built for clients and one for a talk. Open them, poke them, read the source. Everything below this section is what the same machine builds for the constraint you pick.
Being straight about what is not here. Most of what I build lives inside a client's private portal or their own machine, so it cannot be a public link without handing over their data. My own numbers dashboard and my finance system are running but they are mine, not a demo. On the call I screen share the private ones and you can ask for anything.
No fee and no second meeting to get the findings. The work happens before we speak, so the call itself is spent on the decision rather than on discovery.
What the business does, what it turns over, the one thing you would most want solved, and what you have already tried with AI. Specific answers only. Vague ones make the map useless and I will say so.
Every step of how the company actually runs, scored one of four ways: automate, delegate, eliminate, keep. Then the constraint is ranked against lead flow, conversion, fulfilment and cash. This is done before you show up.
I show you the map, name the constraint, and price the fix on the call rather than sending it later. You leave with the map and a decision either way. If the honest answer is that you do not need me yet, you get that instead.
A consultant who leaves with the capability in their own head has sold you a dependency. So the default is done-with-you: the system gets installed, and you and your team get taught to run and change it.
You get your own operator, on your machine, holding your business context. Not a chat window you have to prompt from scratch every time.
Most AI rollouts die because the owner gets it and nobody else does. The team gets a surface they can actually work in.
“I thought I was using AI adequately. But I realized after getting on a call with Alex that that was just the tip of the iceberg. … I've been able to replace attribution software I was paying for before by just building it in-house, which has been insane. … The stuff I learned with him, I would not have been able to figure out myself.”
That is one live client's operation, scored. It is what your map looks like at the end of the call. I am deliberately not putting revenue figures on this page. The clients running these systems are partway through, and I would rather show you the mechanism than a number I cannot yet stand behind. Ask me on the call and I will tell you exactly who is running what, and what has and has not worked.
Four questions, then one call. Free, and capped at eight a month so each one gets the preparation it needs. If you are under ten thousand a month the form will tell you straight away, before it costs either of us a call.
